What You Need to Know
BLACK AND INSPIRED uses the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for all orders.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. We will provide a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Orders typically arrive between 5-7 business days; However, shipping may be delayed by the USPS due to COVID-19. We are not responsible for issues related to carrier delays.

Returns and Refunds
How It Works

We do not offer refunds on any of our items. However, we do offer exchanges if your items are damaged.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any concerns, so we can investigate the issue. Items that are defective or damaged upon delivery will be replaced with the same item and size.
In order to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned in the same condition you received it in: unworn/unused and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
